A working knife forged in the pattern of colonial American kitchen blades. Nine-inch blade, thirteen inches overall. Built thinner and lighter than a cleaver but rugged enough for the hard work a kitchen demands—breaking down cuts, chopping through bone, handling whatever comes across the block.

High carbon steel, forged to shape, hardened and tempered proper. Fitted with a maple handle and copper rivets, the way it was done when a knife had to last. The kind of blade that'll hold an edge through a day's work and feel balanced in the hand because it was made by hammer and by eye, one at a time.
